IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILE UPLOADS

• Please Use Email Address of Primary Registrant when uploading graphic files.
• Please be sure to use your Company Name in File Name so we can identify image files.

Share Your Logo

Please make sure we have your company logo to recognize your firm as a sponsor.

If you did not upload your logo during registration, please upload a copy here. If you've provided your logo already, we've included it on the Sponsors page for you to double check. 

The sooner you submit your logo, the quicker you'll be added to pre-event communications.  You must submit you logo no later than November 1st to be included in on-site signage. 

Here are some additional FAQs:

• The logo will appear digitally, throughout the event website, emails, social media promotions etc.  It will also appear in videos projected throughout the event on-site on the night of the event (November 14). 
• Please upload a high resolution logo to be provided as a .jpg or .png file format. 
• The is no specific size/dimensions of the ad, but please note that in most cases it will appear in a square box, so you may want to provide a stacked logo. 
• We prefer full color logo, since all the files are digital. We have no preference on the background color.  

Provide your Digital Ad

The Ambassador, Visionary, Trailblazer and Cornerstone sponsorship levels come with a digital ad which will be displayed on the event site and on-site screens. 

Please see the ad specs to help you create an ad that fits the size and format requirements.  You should submit your ad by uploading it below.
