As a consultant Scott is working to move local Fathering Initiatives Programs to new heights. Working with agencies such as, ACS (NYC Administration for Children's Services) OCFS (Office of Children & Family Services), the New York City Board of Education and the Department of Child Support Services, and local Houses of Worship, the program has expanded, and its services are in much demand. Scott has also successfully engaged with the New York City Court and Probation Departments to provide services to mandated participants.

The conference was attended by staff and participants from several Fathering agencies throughout New York City. His demonstrated ability to innovate, communicate and deliver has been a constant throughout his career. He is actively engaged with local political and law enforcement officials.
